This year I had my
first drafting experience for soccer.
Most recreational soccer leagues in my area don't have a drafting
process, so I was excited to finally be part of one and it was very
interesting to say the least.
I
quickly learned that the behavior of the parents outweighed their
childs
behavior and soccer ability.
That's right, some children were being passed by because nobody wanted
to deal with their parents on a weekly basis for the next four months.
At
the end of the drafting process I started to wonder how
much a real estate agents behavior affects their clients. I
know firsthand "good behavior" has it's advantages, but what
about "bad behavior?"
How much do you think an agents behavior affects their clients?
