I was recently asked
this question by buyer
clients of mine after we saw a dirty house.
Dirty is actually putting
it nice, this house was
filthy and cluttered from top to bottom. It was the type of home most
buyer's would walk in and quickly turn around and walk right out, but
the seller's were home and my clients didn't want to be rude so they
took the tour.
They
were shocked someone would put
their home on the market for sale in this condition and when we got
outside they asked "what
would you tell the seller?"
When it comes to the way
people live it can be a
touchy subject, but it is one that must be addressed either by the
seller cleaning up or pricing the home accordingly.
What would you do or say?
