One Community Remembers Another - September 11th, 2011

Wellington Florida put together a wonderful remembrance weekend to "Honor our Heroes" on September 11th and all week long I've been reading several great posts on ActiveRain about what other parts of the country are doing to honor those who've fallen along with touching posts about how this tragic day has affected some of our members.

It's hard to believe that is has been 10 years since that beautiful morning turned into such a horrific day. I remember where I was like it was yesterday. I was one month shy of turning 25 and on top of the world with my wedding just a few short months away, college almost complete, and fear was something that really wasn't in my vocabulary.
