Lately I have encountered a lot of tenants who act they they're doing the landlord a favor by submitting an offer on their home.  Unfortunately what a lot of these prospective tenants fail to realize is a majority of landlords aren't going to allow just any person to live in their home.

Arrogant Wellington FL RenterI recently had a landlord turn down not one, not two, not three, but FOUR offers.

It took this landlord almost two months to find what he considered the "perfect tenant," but he did:  six figure income, 800+ credit, no criminal background, no pets, no negotiating on price or deposits.

Sometimes a landlord rather have their home sit empty rather than rent it to someone with less than perfect credit, a criminal background, pets and/or someone who is trying to negotiate rent or deposits.
