A Handshake is Not Binding!

Why? Because a seller can verbally agree to accept an offer and then change their mind before signing it.

I never want my buyer clients to experience this situation, but it happens.

The only way to avoid this is to get everything in writing, which can be easier said than done since verbal negotiating has become commonplace.
