Yeserday I had a buyer ask me why he should use a Mortgage Broker instead of going directly to the lender.
I can honestly say I didn't have a good reason to give him. The only time my clients have used a Mortgage Broker is if they had credit issues.
Now I've had several clients compare Mortgage Brokers to Direct Lenders and it seems when the buyer doesn't have credit issues the Direct Lender always came out on top.
I'm not sure if this is due to who they were comparing or if Direct Lenders will always come out on top for buyer's with money to put down, perfect credit and a great debt to income ratio.
So why should a buyer use a Mortgage Broker?
