Apartments have set rental amounts for each unit
Apartments may offer "move-in" specials or discounted rents for certain units
Apartments usually require 1st month's rent, a redecoration fee and security deposit based on your credit, but each community will have a different set of fees
Tenant Approval usually takes 1-10 days and there may be a non-fundable application fee
Apartments will only consist of tenants
Property mangers are typically on-site at set times
Apartments have rules that tenants must abide by
