SCHOOL is OUT for Wellington FL Students

Today is the first day of summer vacation for Wellington FL students who attended public schools. Having two school aged children myself I've been searching for fun activities to do this summer in Palm Beach County FL and below is a short listing of things I've found so far.

Educational Gallery Group Summer Art Workshops at CityPlace

Educational Gallery Group, Eg2, is offering Art Workshops this summer for students who love art, have a positive attitude and are willing to try.

Eg2 is looking for students that are serious about art and want to improve their art skills. They will be focusing on drawing, sclupting and painting techniques during a four hour session. Eg2 is commited to helping students grow as artists, so if your child can't do all of these don't worry.

WHEN: Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm

COST: $175, which includes materials and supplies.  (a non-refundable $50 deposit is required to hold a seat, maximum class size is 15 students)

SESSIONS:
June 7th - 11th
June 14th - 18th
June 21st - June 25th
June 28th - July 2nd
July 5th - July 9th

Each class will focus on two projects per session with hourly breaks. Every week will have different projects, so you can sign up for more than one session. Students will also be introduced to art history and famous artist.
