I recently found out
that the VA
Medical Center in West Palm Beach FL
has a Barber
& Beauty Shop, but
this Barber Shop is like no other.
The staff at the Barber & Beauty
Shop is made up of volunteers
who donate all of their time and are extremely friendly.
All of the proceeds made at the Barber & Beauty
Shop are donated directly to
the VA
Medical Center.
The Barber & Beauty
Shop at the VA Medical Center
is open to the general public and you don't have to be a veteran to use
their services. Along with haircuts they also do perms, hair color and
hair styling.
The hours are limited and I highly recommend scheduling an appointment
otherwise it is a first come first serve basis.
