Where's Wellington?

Don't miss Tennis Family PlayDay on Saturday, May 19th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Wellington Tennis Center.  PlayDay events are designed to introduce kids to competition, but in a fun low-pressure setting.

Wellington's Tennis Family PlayDay is for children 10 and under and mom, dad, grandpa or grandma are invited to play.

The cost to participate in Tennis Family PlayDay is $25 per team and the registration fee includes a hat, snacks and prizes.

To register stop by the Welington Tennis Center by May 10th, 2012.

Every year the Village of Wellington holds a spectacular Egg Hunt, so if you haven't already marked your calendar for the 2012 Egg Hunt in Wellington do so now!

This years Egg Hunt will take place on Saturday, April 7th at the Village Park Softball Fields and will start promptly at 10:00am.  

Wellington's annual Egg Hunt is intended for children ages 1-10, but the entire family is welcome.  

Don't forget to bring a basket and look for the egg with a PINK BUNNY ticket for a special prize.

Help raise money for pediatric cancer research by attending St. Baldrick's 2012 in Wellington Florida.  This is an event the family is sure to enjoy and you can participate by shaving your head or making a monetary donation.

 This year St. Baldrick's will be taking place on Friday, March 30th, 2012 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Wellington's Recreational Center (Village Park). There will be food, games, live music and inflatables.

There are an array of events taking place on St. Patrick's Day in Wellington Florida.  Here are just a few of the events happening this Saturday, March 17th, 2012:

Green Market at the Wellington Ampitheater starting from 8:00am-1:00pm:  Stop by Wellington's Green Market for all your fresh produce.

Special OLympics at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center from 8:00am-Noon:  Fifty five riders will being competing in the Special Olympics taking place in Ring 6.

The Irish Festival @ the 2nd Annual International Weekend:  Games lined up on St. Patrick's Day include Croquet, Cricket, Polo, Tennis, Rugby starting at 9:00am and ending with an Irish Celebration following the trophy presentation.  Kids under 14 are FREE!

FREE Concert at the Wellington Amphitheater @ 7:30pm:  A tribute concert dedicated to Neil Diamond will be performed by Neil Zirconia.

Head over to Delray Beach for their 44th annual St. Patrick's Day Parade at Party from 11:00am to 7:00pm Downtown Delray Beach on Atlantic Ave.
