Wordless Wednesday: Eternal Flame
On September 11th, 2011 the Village of Wellington had a ceremony to honor those who lost their live on 9/11 and during the ceremony they lit the "Eternal Flame" at the new Patriot Memorial in Wellington Florida. The Eternal Flame will indeed be eternal and since the ceremony took place in the morning it was hard to see the flame, so I stopped by the other evening and captured this image, which the Patriot Memorial is even more beautiful at night. Wellington did an outstanding job not only honoring everyone during the ceremony, but honoring them forever through this memorial.
