Brittany
Bay at Andros Isle was built by Zuckerman
Homes and has both Estate Homes and attached homes. The Estate Homes
had five floorplans with living square footage ranging from 2,008 up to
2,722. The attached homes had nine different floorplans with living
square footage ranging from 1,358 up to 2,187. All Estate Homes and
attached homes have a two car garage.
Crystal Cay, Paradise Bay,
Hammock Pointe and The Preserve at Andros Isle
all have Single Family Homes that were built by Centex Homes, Pride
Homes, Engle Homes and Transeastern Homes. The living square foot
ranges from 1,681 up to 2,932 and all the homes have a two car garage.
