I HEART YOUR COMMUNITY PROFILES MICHELLE!! Sorry I say that all the time. What is a carriage or coach home? I am curious if it is similar to what we call patio or courtyard homes here!
Michelle - Because I'm nosey, I wonder what the sale price was for the property sold in 'traditional' fashion.
Renee - Until these were built I've never heard of the term "coach" or "carriage." Bascially one unit is on the ground floor and the other is on the second floor, but the stairs for the second floor unit are inside and unlike condos these have garages, which have direct access into the home. It's like a condo combined with a townhome.
John - Mayfair was built at the peak of the market and sold for well over $300K
