I like your community showcase series, Michelle. 4 bedrooms are hard to find here and in Wellington Shores it is the average. Real estate is indeed local.
Looks like there are three within two blocks. Wow. That says a lot about the market, huh?
Not many homes at any given time means one thing . . . a strong community with not a lot of turn over. Wellington Shores sounds like a nice community in Wellington.
Wellington shores seems like a great place to live, and based on this map, I see that prices cover a wide range.
