Lloyd - Yes, certain parts of Florida are definitely improving or at least staying stable.  There are many communities throughout Wellington that are experiencing a Seller's Market right now.

Sheffield Woods is a very affordable place to live. I can't imagine that living in an apartment could even compare to these prices.
