Hi Michelle - Olympia Wellington Fl Real Estate seems to move pretty fast, I'm not sure what the slower sales in December was all about, but you seem to have a fairly balanced market in Wellington.

it looks like now is the time for Wellington home sellers to be putting their properties on the market.  It is definitely a seller's market.  December would normally be a slow month.  I bet January puts the inventory back down again.
