Why Live in Wellington Florida

"Why live in Wellington Florida?" is a question some home buyer's ask themselves when looking to purchase a home in Palm Beach County and as a Wellington resident and Realtor I have the answers!

Wellington Florida Real Estate

My husband and I chose to live in Wellington for the location, neighborhood selection, affordability and what the village itself has to offer; top rated public schools, amazing community events, fantastic community programs for all ages and every convenience we need. The Mall at Wellington Green, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix, Target and endless restaurants are less than 15 minutes away no matter where you reside in Wellington. While those were our reasons for relocating to Wellington Florida from Naperville Illinois other home buyer's come to Wellington because it's the equestrian capital of the world, it's newer compared to the rest of the county or simply because it has beautiful weather year round. When it comes to affordability home prices in Wellington can easily be $100,000 to $200,000 less for a single family home compared to other areas, like Jupiter or Boca Raon.

Wellington offers an array of housing choices from a one story single family home to equestrian horse farms, but the community also offers condos, patio homes, townhomes and luxury estate homes. There are countless types of communities throughout Wellington; guard gated, unman gated and non-gated communities, communities with and without amenities, communities with zero lots, acreage lots and everything in between. Whatever style of home or lifestyle you are looking for the Village of Wellington is sure to have not only something that fits your needs, but your budget too.

If you are going to be selling or buying in the area it's always wise to work with a top Wellington FL Realtor who can guide you throughout the entire process from start to finish. Michelle - so fun to see this post! We lived in Wellington (actually on Headwater Circle) and you're so right! There are soooo many reasons to live in this area - not the least of which is the location. Great community but great access to nature, great beaches, shopping, Palm Beach, etc. Happy selling!
